Who the data controller is

We collect only the data you submit yourself through the contact form or the get-involved form: full name, email, phone, organisation, profession and the text of your message. The site uses no analytics or marketing cookies.
Why we process it
We use your data solely to reply to your enquiry, to involve you in the association’s activities and — only where you have given explicit consent — to send you our newsletter.
How long we keep it
Contact form messages are kept for up to two years. Member and volunteer records are kept for the duration of membership and for no more than five years afterwards, to meet statutory record-keeping obligations.
Who we share it with
Personal data is never sold and is never passed to third parties for marketing purposes. We only use the services required to run this website and our email.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict and port your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within the statutory deadline.
